Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains, in plain English, what information Seniors Quiz Club ("we", "us") collects when you use seniorsquizclub.com, our emails and our members area, and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what we need to send you puzzles and quizzes, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address – when you ask for a free puzzle pack, create an account or sign in.
- Your messages – when you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
- Account activity – when you signed up and signed in, and which downloads you have used.
- Technical details – like your IP address and browser type, which our servers log for security and to stop abuse.
- Purchases – if you buy something from us in future, what you bought and when. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for, such as the puzzle pack and sign-in links.
- To send you our emails with new quizzes, puzzles and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
- To run your account and members area, and to answer your questions.
- To keep the site safe and working properly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account. It isn't used for advertising and isn't shared with anyone. If you block it, you won't be able to sign in, but the rest of the site will still work.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted companies to run the Club. They only use your information to provide their service to us:
- Hetzner – hosts our website and database (servers in the European Union).
- Encharge – sends our newsletters and welcome emails.
- EmailIt – sends account emails such as sign-in links and download links.
- Google – our support email inbox, and YouTube, where our quizzes are published. When you watch on YouTube, Google's own privacy policy applies.
- Stripe – will process payments when we start selling products.
Some of these companies are based outside your country. Where that happens, they protect your information with the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a member or on our email list. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so within 30 days, except for anything we must keep by law (for example, records of purchases).
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- See, correct or delete the information we hold about you – just email us.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the European Union), you may have further rights, such as getting a copy of your data. We'll honor these whatever state or country you live in.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored on secure servers, sent over encrypted connections, and only we can access it. There are no passwords to steal – you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email.
Children
The Club is made for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, please email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, let you know by email.
